To Anyone That Cares at Comcast,

Every other week I receive a flyer from Comcast with great deals. The problem is that you can’t even provide simple cable service. You have to be the worst service company I have ever dealt with in 60 years. I don’t know why you make people’s lives miserable.

I have been having a problem with your service for a year now. I’v had at least 10 of your technicians check our screen breaking up and we are still on first base.

The latest; 3 weeks ago we had another service call… very impressive. They left a temporary cable above ground, damaged our plants, left without saying a word and our reception is worse than ever.

Is there anyone out there that can help?
